How the Programme Works
Replace one meal per day with a Formula 1 shake.
Eat your other meals normally, but healthier and in reasonable portions.
How to Prepare Your Shake
2 scoops Formula 1
250–400 ml semi-skimmed milk or plant drink
Optional: berries or strawberries
More liquid = thinner shake
Less liquid = thicker, more filling shake
Shake or blend until smooth.
When to Drink Your Shake
Choose one:
Breakfast – easiest for most people
Dinner – faster results, requires discipline
Expected Results
1st week: 1–2 kg loss
1st month: 2–4 kg loss
Results depend on your other meals and consistency.

Drink 2 litres of water
