Can I return my order?

Unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address and instructions.

How do I prepare Formula 1 correctly?


Mix 2 level scoops (26 g) of Formula 1 with 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk or a plant-based alternative. Shake or blend until smooth. For best texture, use cold milk.

Which meals can I replace with a Formula 1 shake?


You can replace breakfast and lunch, or breakfast and dinner.

We recommend keeping one balanced hot meal per day.

Do Herbalife Formula 1 shakes contain soy or oats?


Most classic Formula 1 flavours contain soy protein and oat fibre.
