Mix 2 level scoops (26 g) of Formula 1 with 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk or a plant-based alternative. Shake or blend until smooth. For best texture, use cold milk.

Which meals can I replace with a Formula 1 shake?


You can replace breakfast and lunch, or breakfast and dinner.

We recommend keeping one balanced hot meal per day.
